I have heard it will be at 6:30pm Wednesday at Fairview High School field in Westwood just outside Ashland but this could've changed or be wrong.

That was the last location and time i had heard. Maybe one of the JC people would be able to confirm it. This will definately be a great game and well worth anyone in the Ashland area going to see.

There will be All-state selections, yes. Just one team (no second team). The players selected over this weekend will have their trophies presented to them on Sunday.

Also, any player selected as "All State" will automatically be invited to play in the East v/s West All Star Game to be held in Frankfort on November 29th.
