In Search Of........................

I suspect that you are quoting an outdated survey, quoting a survey from a biased source, or deliberately misrepresenting a survey's results. Care to allay my suspicions by posting a link to the study? I would like to see the poll results for myself. Thanks much.

If you do not like the studies that I have posted, then continue to ignore them and post your own from whatever source you like to refute them. Alinsky's tactic of attacking the truth with ridicule and insults does not work with me, in case you have failed to notice.

The only thing I've noticed about you is that you whine about being insulted, while throwing them around like they are your stock in trade. Notice that I have not once complained about your insults. I couldn't care less. If you wish to hurl them, be ready to catch them - without complaint. You wouldn't want people to think that you are a thin skinned, hypocritical, whiny brat now, would you?

Now, how about those links that I requested? Let's see those studies that show recent global warming. Let's see the poll that shows that only 12 percent of Americans do not believe the globe is getting warmer.

Well, I guess you've finally sewn yourself into a tight corner, Hooterboy.

That statistic actually comes from a survey done by your beloved FNC. Obviously, they are biased, but in this case, you're going to have to deny the reality of the very people that feed you your breakfast every morning.

"All in all, Americans take the issue of global warming seriously. A 60 percent majority describes the situation as either a crisis (16 percent) or a major problem (44 percent), while about one in five say it is a minor problem (22 percent) and one in ten "not a problem at all" (12 percent)".

Come to think of it, do you ever find any sources of your own? Why do I always have to do the research for you? Can't you operate a computer? Do your own homework for a change.

I'm not doing any more research for you. I provide articles from the worlds best scientific groups, and you ignore them. You provide crap directly from the likes of National Review Online, and think you should be taken seriously.

Chew on the Faux News survey I've given you, and then tell us all why it's incorrect, and how you are still correct in your denial of the very fact of global warming.

Just as I predicted - you were quoting another old article as if it was news. Given the benefit of four more years of global cooling, I doubt that only 12 percent of Americans recognize global warming for the hoax that it is. Besides I would rather be part of a one-percent minority that is right than to follow the herd over a cliff. Science should not be politicized and that is exactly what the socialists are doing.

It sounds to me as if you have searched for a study from one of those "reputable" sources that you tout for evidence proving that the earth has not entered a global cooling phase and came up with squat!

Now, to address your question about why you should come up with a link to support your position. Easy, because it is your position. You bought into the hysteria of global warming years ago - not me. If you cannot support your own position or choose not to even try, then that is your choice but it is not up to me to find recent studies to support your arguments. Like Al Gore, I expect that you will cling to your position even if future climate changes force you to move to a warmer clime. (BTW, it is unseasonably cool today here in Mississippi. Ditto for your neck of the woods.)

Are you two secretly seeing each other? Is that the reason you felt the need to chastise me, and let his attack slide?

Your slip is showing, Kim.

I'm sure your wife appreciates you bringing her into this.:yikes:
