Do you want to make blanket statements about whether people serve time or not? Look it up! There are multiple cases of criminal felony convictions and jailtime up to five years!

That was just my opinion that I feel his sentence was very harsh simply due to his fame. I looked at the various sentences for each state and it seems that most do have a max of 5 years but I just don't think you see that handed out that often. But this is just my opinion.
