wow before this game all the sv fans talked about how sv is THE BEST team in the state and will win no doubt over mason...........then when sv ges behind they all blame it on the draw.........get with it people it's the sweet 16 there is no "easy draw" these are the best of the best at this point in the season..........pre-tourney means nothing now its whoever plays best for the game at hand. Also, if SV wins this they may be one of the few teams to do decent at state by missing so many free throws

Just read any of your other SV threads (ie the Mason v SV prediction thread about SV winning with ease)

At this stage, its the best of the best and usually (not always) experience and pure athleticism comes out on top.

End 3rd: Valley 33, Mason 31. A Tackett putback and Logan Bryant 3 -- his first points of the night -- gave the Cats a two-point lead with 1:52 left and nobody scored the rest of the way. The Wildcat heat, this team's calling card, has resulted in only two steals through three periods. Honestly, no Wildcat has looked above average as the fourth begins.
