Potter had 21 points is she any good?

To me, Rachel Potter is an excellent player. She has good size for a guard (being able to see over the defense) and she can also play in the paint. She sees the floor well, is an excellent passer, a smart player, and loves the game of basketball--plus she is only a 7th grader.
