In a great middle school girls game Martin County came back from 13 down to defeat Herald Whitaker in the title game by one point. I believe it was the Newsome girl that scored with 13 seconds left to give Martin County the win. Way to go Martin County.:Clap:

I thought we had you. Great game to start off the season. Just
wish we could have pulled it out. The little guard got lose at the end
of the game to get that shot off. We pretty much held her down
the whole game. You guys got a nice team. Game could have went either way. Maybe next time it will go our way.
