I have a question and seems like everyone I've asked has gave me a different answer. Exactly how does the RPI format work. Of course Higher RPI plays the Lowest RPI. But was told in the 3rd round the state is split into east and west. Highest from west will play the lowest in the west, same thing for the east and so on. Once we get to the Semi finals are stat wide. Is this correct?
