Corbin in a shutout.

42-0 and could be what Corbin wants it to be….the next week against Taylor will be a tad bit intriguing to watch…still a easy road to Boyle.
#10
Corbin by a lot!!!
#11
Corbin by as many as they want.
#12
No, Wayne won't score on the varsity.
#13
Corbin by a ton. Next week they still win. But Taylor will play them closer than Wayne. Boyle with be a battle. But that one will come down to coaching. Justin is worth 14-21 points. Tommy is too, but he needs to be playing at home for the +14-21 to matter.

I don't know about 21.

Remember when Boyle was deep in their own territory shortly before the half. Instead of just running out the clock, Haddix chooses to be aggressive and throw the ball. I think they got 35+ yards on the one pass. Moved downfield and almost scored before the half.  I have little down that Tommy would have taken a couple of knees and killed the clock there. That's one of the biggest differences. Justin is a gambler; Tommy is very conservative.   There were times at Corbin when Justin did himself in with his gambling calls but I think he has a good feel now for when it's gonna work for his team. Tommy is way too conservative. Plays not to lose rather than playing to win in high leverage situations. Remember the 4th and 2 at Kroger... Tommy punted...  Justin didn't..

I’ll make a deal with you oldschool. Let’s never use Justin and Tommy’s name ever again in the same post. That kinda like comparing the 2. That’s apples and oranges. There is no comparison. At the end of the day. Boyle will score more than Corbin will.

Justin and Tommy remind me of Stoops and Heupel.

Stoops may actually have a better team than UT, is defensive minded, and has good enough of an offense to win the game. Hell, he may even be a better coach than Heupel just as from an X and O, Tommy may be better than Justin. That said, Justin and Heupel have the sack to win games, plus can coach

Really good post.  Tommy=Sackless.  I like.   Tommy and Stoopid are way too conservative. They play "not to lose" in big games. Can't do that.  Justin will make reckless decisions , at times, with his gambler mentality, but I think he has a good feel(since at Boyle) for when to push the envelope and when to not.

I've always said that Tommy and Stoops both are great coaches. Their knowledge of the game cannot go unnoticed. I just think they both struggle when it comes to decision making. I personally love the conservative style of football as a fan. I like defense and the chess match style where you control the clock. That being said, when you have the horses to open the gate and let them run, you damn well better do it or you're going to be left standing their with your whickerbill in your hand while everyone else is moving forward. Even though it may not be my favorite style to watch, you have to adapt to the times and as much as I love hardass coaches, adapt to the "players coach" style. There are happy mediums and folks like Stoops and Tommy should try hard to find it.

Will the twins be sackless at Boyle County? That's the real question.
