Honest question... Pikeville struggles with Johnson Central last week, and Belfry blows them out this week. How do you have Pikeville above them? Also, Betsy Layne has three wins over three teams that may not win a combined three wins all season.

Probably bc Belfry was blown out by GRC. Last night was good for Belfry but they have to show they can do it consistently. They’ll have another chance next week to show theirselves.

North Laurel and PC are not top 10. Southwestern may be on the bubble after starting 0-2. If they are legit top 15 in state they shouldn’t be 0-2.

Even tho North Laurel and Pulaski have had a rough start after further thought it’s hard to not include them when looking at teams around the area. Hard to find a mountain team that they don’t match up well with regardless of their losses.
Here’s my top 10 right now… outside of the top 3 you could argue for anyone to be higher or lower or be on the list and one not. But this is what I think as of now…

1. Corbin
2. Pikeville
3. Bell
4. Southwestern
5. Belfry
6. Pulaski County
7. Johnson Central
8. North Laurel
9. Rockcastle County
10. Clay County

I never thought I'd ever say it but as bad as I hate to say it I'm not sure JC even belongs in the Mt. Top 10, if they ever get healthy then yeah.

You don't even list Whitley County. They would smoke some Rocket hind end.

Johnson central has some key injuries but they don’t even look remotely close to the teams that Jim had from a coaching standpoint.
