Pulaski won this weekend. Pikeville running clocked LCA last season and they ended up in the semi finals. I think Pikeville needs to go to 2a. They’ve proven all they can prove in 1A. Beechwood and Mayfield done it time for Pikeville to do the same.

I believe Belfry won the 3A state championship in 2019 and 2021 even though they lost to 1A Pikeville earlier both those seasons on their homefield.

The way belfry keeps going down they just might end up in 2A and have to deal with Beechwood and Mayfield.

Never heard anyone saying Belfry should go to 2A which was their true classification when Belfry was winning all those 3A titles and 3A was awful. Pikeville should stay in 1A and win 10 more championships or more

Ugly... McCoart or not... ugly.

GRC got anything they wanted against the Belfry LB's and Defensive Front... expect more of the same.

Belfry's OLine is struggling with any form of quickness to establish an inside running game. The Varney to Woolum passing connection is a good one, but if Belfry can't find two or three other viable looks in the passing game then defenses are about to catch on and adjust.

Hope I am wrong, but I don't see Belfry hanging within 4-5 TD's since they can't stop JC's offense.
