East Jessamine 11 Powell 1 5 innings
#1
Game was in Stanton. East Jessamine was 1-4 coming into this game. Looking at the season stats of Powell, they have really struggled hitting the ball this season. Seems like Powell is about the same as they were last year. They can't hit. Defense is not good. Not much pitching. Too much talent in Powell County to be losing like this. What seems to be the problem?
I am a little surprised that some of this talent hasn't left Powell County for better coaching.

Wow, this one really surprises me. Don’t know much about East Jessamine but the 1-4 record can’t be good. Hopefully Powell gets it turned around soon.

Not the direction you expect to see the pirates going. A lot of players have already left

Sorry that was suppose to be a question. Has anyone left?

You will see some players leave. The problem is the better players are on the bench.. from what is being said. Seems the culture is not one of winning but keeping the noise down. So seniors play even if an underclassmen is as good or better.
