None of it matters though. I was sold on Hazard being able to play spoiler, but they gave up 50 points to LCC. I dont see their defense being able to keep Raceland or Pikeville in check enough on that side of the ball. Right now, I think its a two horse race just based off of where both teams are right now. Raceland could have won the game vs Highlands, but Pikeville SHOULD have won against CC and Corbin. So i still give Pikeville a slight edge. Make no mistake, those games prepared Raceland and Pikeville. I just hope we get to see another championship game like last year no matter who is there. Blowouts shouldnt happen in a title game.

Pikeville beat Russellville for the state title last season by three points. I don't think that Pikeville would be a heavier favorite over Raceland this season than they were over Russellville last year. Pikeville is #1 but they are not a prohibitive favorite to repeat, IMO.
