There was a KAPOS meeting Wednesday about the Location of the 14th Region Competition this year. It was planned to be held in Estill this year, they were the next rotation. Well some decided that it was too long to travel so votes were out numbered and now the 14th Region is held in Breathitt. What are your opinions?
