West had a 3 point lead with seconds left and Ashland had the ball last and Cole Villers hit a 3 at buzzer for Ashland to tie at 63. It was all Ashland in O/T though. West Carter should have fouled instead of letting Ashland shoot a 3 to send it to O/T.

I don't know why every team in the universe isn't instructed to do that EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. If you're up 3 pts. with seconds to go , you NEVER give your opponent the chance to hit the tying three. This should be a universal law of nature that, if violated, a coach is immediately raptured off the planet and into basketball hell where he has to watch (via a bad live stream )a Tony Bennett -coached Virginia team play another Tony Bennett-coached Virginia team for all of eternity--- with Bill Walton , Dan Dakich, and Doris Burke on the call.
