Betsy Layne 63 Floyd Central 48
#1
Betsy Layne was lead by Brady Robinson with 36. Some sad news was announced before the game as Jordan Frazier is out with a torn ACL. Having said that, congratulations to the Bobcats for clinching their first trip to the 15th Region Tournament since 2014.

Losing Jordan Frazier is a real ball buster. The kid was special and him and Brady Robinson side by side was a lot of fun to watch!

Praying for a speedy recovery for the young man!

Hated to hear that. Been worried about him since his fall and was hoping to hear some sort of update just didn’t want it to be that. Get better soon Jordan.

Hate to hear about Frazier. Great kid and talent. They got to use the Floyd Central game as practice to help figure out how to play without him. Gonna be tough with such a short bench now.

Floyd Central, however, looked lost. No way they could guard man to man and they tried to the entire first quarter. Game over. Switched to zone and held up fairly well. That program has a long way to go to be a threat again.

The good thing about Floyd Central is they are very young.
