Question for Hoot and TRT did you not argue about the bakery that did not want to serve a homosexual couple because of their own religious beliefs?

I personally struggle with this idea. I think anything open to the public all should be served.

The court ruled there is a limit to the idea of free speech in 1938. I can not think of the case but basically it said that you can not say fire in a theater, it causes harm to the general public.

Your analogy is false and your take is your own, but I disagree. A gay couple denied a wedding cake by a single Christian baker based on religious principles has other options available because bakeries are generally small businesses and are fairly common in most areas of the country. Parler has millions of subscriptions that require numerous servers. Most cloud service providers do not have the idle capacity that would allow Parler to easily move its data to another server farm. Three companies dominate the cloud server hosting business, AWS (Amazon, which was Parler's host), Azure (Microsoft), and Google. All three companies have shown a liberal bias and all are susceptible to pressure by liberal Democrats, especially considering that they will soon have a monopoly on federal power.

When large companies conspire to oppress millions of American citizens to curry favor with a single political party, RICO and anti-trust investigations should quickly follow but the Silicon Valley tech companies are acting like outlaws that have just chased the sheriff out of town. This is exactly why President Trump and conservatives worked to repeal Section 230 exemptions. Big Data is abusing the invaluable market advantage that the federal government has given it.

Democrats use to object to monopolistic behavior by big multi-national corporations. I guess it's okay as long as Trump's ox is being gored.
