Read the lawsuit yourself. As for your red herrings, I am not going out on a tangent. Start a thread if you want to discuss corruption in Texas. I am in favor of jailing all criminals that are found guilty, regardless of their party affiliation. For example, Democrat Joe Biden and the Georgia Republican Governor should both be facing our justice system for alleged crimes.
