After watching several scrimmage games, and getting info from others - I think the pre-season top 5 teams are as follows:

14th Region:
1. Hazard
2. Wolfe
3. Knott
4. Perry
5. Buckhorn

15th Region:
1. Shelby Valley
2. Johnson Central
3. Pikeville
4. Paintsville
5. Martin County

The 14th should become a little more telling after tonight's Wolfe and Estill game. I know it's way too early to be a telling game, but it will let you know that if its a close game than Wolfe may be a little to highly rated, or Estill may be a little too low. And I honestly have no ideal of which would be true.
