Had it not been for injuries, JR would've been pretty close to Hammerin' Hank by now IMO.

He just continues producing runs for that team. He has not had the chance to show the fans in Cincinnati a season like this since he began getting hurt. It is great to see him finally staying healthy and strong.

I agree completely. It's really a shame that all those injuries happened, maybe we wouldn't have to worry about a controversial guy like Bonds breaking the record if Junior was right on his heels.

Huge fan of Griffey's wish all those injuries wouldn't of happened he would defiantely have been the one to be about to break hammerin hanks record. Alot more people would be alot happier if that was the case. Hope he continues to have a good season.
