Damien Sandow, Wade "King" Barrett, Hornswoggle, Santino Marella, Cameron, Alex Riley, El Torito and Zeb Colter have all been released by WWE.

Barrett had made it public he was not signing a new contract and hanging it up, so that one isnt really news.

Ryback was also sent home and taken off TV. He could be the next to go.
I find it strange that Barrett couldn't have let this thing with the LON play out. They were an elite heel faction. There really isn't any room at him for the top of the card. Maybe that's what he wanted.
As far as Sandow, the crowd loved him. He was easily more enjoyable that the social outcast faction or the R-Truth/Goldust angle that was on television. It's stinks that in a roster full of guys trying to get over that someone that is already over doesn't make it to TV. The same thing can be said for Ryder, but he still has a job.

It really baffles me that they didn't use Damien Sandow more frequently.
I mean you don't have to push him to the moon...just give him time every week and fans would have been happy I feel.
