If anyone knows of any weightlifting competitions coming up please let me know.

theres going to be a huge full body meet at the armory on April 9th,
alot of high schools, maybe a college team or 2, and adult lifters will compete on that day......... so everyone that knows their school is going to compete, be sure to train hard until then, espically the MAROON AND WHITE

I went to one last year at Shelby Valley, but the only lift they did was bench

Pike Central has one last year during school just for football players i cant remember if it was for a fundrasier or what remember that Hurley

I remember this, I thought it was 2 years ago tho, anway was this one they had out in front of the school?
