Gran has a pretty impressive background, if this is one I'm thinking of, he has many years of coaching experience which includes runs at SEC schools.

One bonus to Coach Gran is that he has a background succeeding with special teams as well.

Everything i am reading it does look like Gran is the front runner. He was the front runner when Stoops came to UK but decided to go to Cincy instead.
