If Belfry wins , and I'm positive they will in grand fashion, my whole football family here in Perry co. Will be partying with you my friend. Let's don't forget Johnson Central and Pulaski. Hell i'm greedy. I hope we wipe em out!

Congrats Pikeville ... I hope Daric Pugh gets a chance to play some college football ... Kid is a heck a athlete and a even better person ... Blake and Cody laid some really good hits tonight
#65
Congrats to the Pikeville Panthers. They were the real deal. I almost lost it when the coach tried to go to passing the start of the 2nd half. It was obvious the the Tigers could not stop the power running game of the Panthers. I'm sure you all will be celebrating hard over this one. I loved to watch that type of power running.

Congrats pikeville

I can't wait to see Belfry run through LC and show central Ky what old fashioned football is all about. Bringing Death Valley to Bowling Green fellows, lookout!
#72
Congratulations Pikeville, in many ways this was a blow out! The game was only close for a quarter, the rest was Pikeville in total control! 1 down, 2 to go for the 15th!

come on man...lol....Belfry has 16 pass completions on the year....and 11 of those have been for TD's.....give us some credit dudeTongueirateSho

I'm proud to see all the fans of eastern ky teams pulling together and supporting our area teams. Sometimes that's tough if you lost to that team and you could have won the state yourself. That shows lots of class to all of the mountains. Proud as hell to support all our teams!
#75
By the way Pville fans, I am for hire. It seems that when I pick against the Panthers, they win convincingly. I could be swayed to pick against them for a nominal fee.
#76
Congratulations Pikeville!

Going back and watching this game for some highlights-- I, personally, think it is PITIFUL that the announcers on the KHSAA feed spent the entire game calling Wyatt Battaile Cody Dials-- Seriously?!? did they even LOOK at the roster?!
#78
So happy the Panthers won but man is it gonna be a long day at work tomorrow. It's worth it! I'll take the pain. Hell im watching Kenny Chesney and enjoying the win. Nice to be accepted on the bandwagon!

That's why for the rest of this championship series I will put my faith in my bluegrass rivals friends and win every game off their play by play. That was cool as hell , I'm telling you! I'm superstitious too so I won tonight with Pikeville and I won't change for hell or high water. So , bring em home Bluegrass Rivals!
#80
I would venture to say, Paparazzi, that all of us Pikeville fans are in such an awesome mood tonight that we will welcome all bandwagon comers!!

I will also work to recap the Belfry game-- LOVE them too!!
#82
Thank you my friend! These kids are the pride of the mountains! Congratulations!
#83
Thanks, Paparazzi! They are honestly a heck of a group of young men, too!!!
#84
Just so you know. I'm a Perry Central fan and we are struggling in football but we respect and support our mountain teams. Someday we will work our way to your level. I teach my kids to never envy but to admire , respect and learn. Then they can reach the level that you enjoy at this time.

just left there about an hour ago, and i'm telling you things were rockin' at that place! Congrats to my Panthers !! What a game, and what a team !!

Really happy for Big Five-O, Hail Pikeville, Panther Thunder, and jetpilot.

Already looking forward to that Panther Thunder youtube video!

The turning point was the last play of the 3rd Quarter. Beechwood had all the momentum leading 21-14 and facing a key 3rd and Long Pikeville dumped the pass to Blake Charles who went 67 yards.

Pikeville's D railled on the momentum to get a stop, then MacNamee said "Bring It!" and lined up under Center and just brought the power game and Beechwood had no answer.

Now let's see if Belfry and Pikeville can change it from "Title Town" to "Title County" moving forward!

Thanks EKEAlum05. Can't forget my Buddy PHSForever. Saw him tonight for the first time. Always good to put a face with a name . Also, it was great to see former players that won the first, second, and third championship for Pikeville. Looking forward to Belfry, and Johnson central wins this weekend as well........Bring it to the mountains boys !!!

^^^ I almost got them all right.

Wyatt had 177 and 3 TD's. Pugh had 241 and 2 TD's. Chat didn't have a kick return for a TD, but he was the first to find the end zone. Score was spot on.

Congrats to the Panthers. You boys represented well.

A special congrats to Chat and Brennan.

Turning in for the night fellows. Just want to ask one favor. Let's adopt the Pulaski maroons as a mountain team. Come on they are close enough and we damn sure can't be for Bowling Green! Give me some support for Riley Hall guys. Come on!
