ESPN's Andy Katz reported yesterday that Iowa State head coach and the Chicago Bulls are negotiating on a 5 year deal for Hoiberg to become the next head coach of the Chicago Bulls...Both sides are expected to meet tomorrow where a deal should be completed.

Firing Tibbs was a big mistake IMO. Just like Thunder getting rid of Brooks.

I'll agree, Thibodeau really got shafted, and completely disrespected by the Bulls organization with how they handled his firing. I've always been a Hoiberg fan. Just like Donovan, it will be interesting to see how they handle the transition to recruiting high school kids, to dealing with Superstar players and their big egos.
