Powell valley is a very good team traditionally. They are not like the other cross border teams that Jenkins and SV play. Even in the years that Breathitt has been State Championship contenders the game has been relatively close. So no, they should not have beaten them by worse because Breathitt while improved, is still just above average IMO.

Powell Valley (VA) beat Lee County (VA) 40-6 last week...the same Lee County that Middlesboro beat 41-7 tonight. By looking at that it looks like beating Powell Valley was a good win for this young Breathitt County team.
