Who is going to be the new coach at Whitley?

Yes, you teach kids how to compete, and yes you try to win but not at the cost of not running the same schemes as the high school and maintaining a high participation rate to keep a large number of kids excited about playing high school football.

Tell that to Pulaski County. There middle school program has been one of the best in the state and it has translated in to great succcess at the high school level too. Whitley middle school has ALWAYS ran the same schemes that the high school has and there were about 25 eighth grade players and 20or so seventh grade players, so the participation was there. I respectfully disagree with saying wins don't matter. It is a culture that has to develop in the program.
