Harlan County definately moved to a tougher conference. But they have some vets returning this year in Caleb Bailey, Noah Hughes, Steven Engle, and Corey Hornsby. Guess we will see how things goes.

LCC has a great core. No way they lose they're region. They could compete for a State Championship.

ok, thanks. I was going to ask PCC coach today, but they didn't practices today. my niece have basketball games tue, wen, and thur this week. so i wont talk to her cross country coach until thur. that game the 5 and 6 grade team could beat them.

Region is first week in November.

a week or 2 ago. the PCC coach said that there first cross country meet was at LCC. on the paper she give me today said is at Owsley Co. good luck to all the runner. yea Region is Nov 2, and State is Nov. 11.
