Ockerman advances to the NKY 8th grade Championship game after beating Summit View and they'll play Gray who beat Turkeyfoot.

Championship will be played tomorrow afternoon. Congrats to Summit View and Turkeyfoot on finishing top 4 out of 20 teams in the Northern Kentucky MS Athletic Association.

Congrats to Gray, Ockerman, and Conner middle schools who advance undefeated in the KBA "8th" grade tourney between last night and today. Way to represent 13-14 year old NKY athletes.

Seen both Gray and Ockerman play this weekend at the 8th grade state . Both teams played extremely hard and where well coached.

Gray and Ockerman finished just outside the final 8 at 9th and 10th respectively. Gray lost to eventual champ S.Pulaski 54-40.....Ockerman lost to semi-finalist Moss 23-20...and Conner lost to champ runner-up Lincoln Co. 56-41.

In the championship game S.Pulaski 51-Lincoln Co.44...

Congrats on a strong showing for a good group of 13-14 year olds from NKY!
