Calipari meeting with UCONN's Oriakhi
#1
Per Jeff Goodman, Cal will be meeting with Alex Oriakhi today to discuss a potential transfer to Kentucky. Guess he couldn't wait til Friday to start recruiting.

This sure helps if Noels does not come

^Evan Daniels (rivals.com) is saying that multiple sources suggest that Noel is leaning towards G'town. I agree though this should be a nice pick up no matter what happens with Noel. Would Oriakhi be able to play right away because of the sanctions at UCONN?

According to that SEC rule though, I don't know if he'll be able to play at UK and win an SEC title. Missouri has an argument because they are not technically a member yet.

So, then UK will tank the SEC title game....Confusednicker:

The same rule would apply to Missouri. The SEC doesn't allow players to transfer for one year of eligibility. However, they could make an exception if they choose to.
