There is ZERO chance that the NCAA will place Duke in UK's region. It will NOT happen. And EVERYBODY
knows it. I'd hazard a guess that Katz or whomever is drawing this up, is just putting them there to to
get a rise out of UK fans who thirst to destroy them. The only way they will match them up against us
in a region that way, is when they think that Duke is VASTLY superior.
