The Bengals have to win this game for any chance at the playoffs. Bengals by 2 TDs

Just think if the Bengals don't shoot themselves in the foot against Houston and San Francisco.

1 Manage the game: Arizona’s defense employs a similar scheme as Pittsburgh’s – aggressive and with varied blitz packages. Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton struggled in both games against the Steelers and the right side of the offensive line didn’t play well against the Rams.

2 Protect the ball: The running game came to life in the second half against the Rams, but Cedric Benson fumbled three times, which luckily did not result in turnovers. Benson should get plenty of carries today against a Cardinals run defense that has been inconsistent.

3 Get to the QB: John Skelton, who will start in place of Kevin Kolb, has accuracy issues as well as a history of making questionable decisions (11 interceptions in five starts this season). This might be a good time for Carlos Dunlap to get his first sack since the Week 9 game at Tennessee.

4 Better discipline: The Bengals were flagged 11 times last week for 101 yards, with most of those happening on offense. Receivers and tight ends have to stop committing false starts that force the team into long yardage situations.

5 Shut down Peterson: Special teams could be a decisive factor: Arizona’s Patrick Peterson has returned four punts for touchdowns. Kevin Huber is adept at directional punting to deal with Cleveland’s Josh Cribbs twice a year, but he has struggled at times.
