It's being reported that Triple H, The Undertaker, Sean Waltman and members of WWE's creative team were down in Tampa on May 4th scouting talent at the FCW training facility.

It's also being reported that WWE is currently scouting talent in The UK, with an emphasis being placed on examining big, muscular wrestlers.

The above tells me that Vince wants to go back to his roots and rebuild the product with cartoon charecters instead of workers
