How do you all feel about this. If UK were seeded like that in that bracket. How would they do?

What sucks is that they never have it that UK and Duke could meet in the National Championship Game.
#4
UK could win the 1st round game there, but WVU would beat them in round #2...I think WVU will end up as a high #2 seed though..

You may be right Alfus. But UK did match up really well with WV. But I think WV will end up with a high number 2 or low 1 like you said. They will most likely win teh BIG East and that to me would be deserving of a 1 seed.
#6
uk all the way
#7
if it ends up like this uk will take down maryland with the loss of Chris Mccray
#8
if it ends up that way i think uk can beat maryland
#9
Heck it will change so much in the next few weeks. It's hard to tell whom will end up where.

glad to see u got us gettin beat already and it aint even February....
#11
lol yeah should't do that so soon lol.....
#12
Wow think about this possible path to the national championship if that bracket held true (which of course we all know it won't, just imagine)

Maryland
West Virginia (rematch from earlier this season)
Michigan State (after the great game in the tourney last year)
Duke (c'mon it's Duke)
Florida (3rd time for the season and a rivalry)
UCONN

Not sure if we'd have to play Florida or UCONN first because I wasn't sure which region played which in the Final Four, but what a path that would be to try to overcome.

I didn't know you were so sensitive on the subject..I'm just being non-biased..WVU is the best team in the nation right now...
#14
i am sensetive about UK. WVU is not the best team right now. who says we wont get better by then? who says Pittsnogle wont break his leg tomorrow?

Dude, you seriously need to settle down..Everybody knows WVU is the hottest team in basketball, it doesn't take anything more than common knowledge of the game to know that...
#16
we wont be that low.....we have 11 reg. season games remaining. At least 8 of them should be wins. With some luck in the SEC tourney, we could be a 6 or better.
#17
and hopefully we dont have to play Duke or WVU.....
#18
I'd like to see Indiana again w/Randolph.
#19
well i would liek to know when everyone got on the WVU wagon? seems like we did beat them without Morris. I HOPE TO GOD WE PLAY THEM AGAIN! and when we win i want u all to remember this thread.

UK will end up a five or six seed if they go into the tourney with 20 wins or so. The two losses to Indiana and Kansas by 26 and 27 really hurt them. And as long as Loserville keeps struggling, that win won't look as impressive when tourney time rolls around, but I still see UK being a 5 seed. Although, if UK and Indiana played again, UK would beat them. That game was IU's season.
