Every coach has a different perspective on talent and kids and what those kids can do. Anything about what the new staff will do or may do is pure speculation at this time, or at least until spring practice. In other words pretty much everything put on here other than the schedule and weight room and spring practice will only be posters just wanting to read their own hot air. Kind of like the coaching search thread, nobody saw this hire coming and nobody can see into the future to know what this staff will do

Told ya dougie! I feel as if this puts Whitley at an advantage in the next couple years. Whitley will need to develop some kids they are going to be young. It’s looking very bright in colonel land.

They are definitely putting the effort in. Will Jep be involved with the elementary schools much to help get the youth league built up? teach fundamentals and the same basic system all the way up?
