Does Pitt and Syracuse make the ACC the most powerful basketball conference?

Over the last few years Pitt has been a dominant team in the most dominant conference in Basketball.
They have had continued success against strong competition.
No way they are overrated.

Pitt sucks...PERIOD. They have NEVER been to a Final Four and fold up in late March in the Big Dance like a cheap suit. Syracuse is a different animal. Neither brings a thing to the Asheshe in football. Neither has won an outright BE title and Pitt can only sell out Heinz Field whenever WVU comes to town.

In 2010-2011 I forgot to mention that Pitt was 2-0 against WVU.
I didn't think it was that big of an accomplishment so I left it out.
