That would be Ervin Stepp of Phelps who was a scoring machine. And you talk about a guy who's numbers would have been mind-boggling if the three-pointer had been in effect, and HCS will back me up on this, it's Phil Cox of Cawood, who went on to a tremendous career at Vanderbilt. My senior year at Clay (1981) we beat Phil's Cawood team in the region finals. I think he had something like 48. With the three in play, it would have been 60-plus, and they would have won the game. He was a great, great player.
