I am not sure who they want to hire, but I wish them luck. I think the type of person you hire is very important, and they need to hire someone that can build and improve upon their current feeder system. There is a lot to be done, but I agree with Gut that Whitley has a lot of potential to become a power in the mountains. It may take some time though.
