I don’t see anyone putting a running clock on Corbin. Despite some big loses in personnel, I think Corbin will reload and handle Pulaski a lot easier than they did last season. As for the FD game, I think FD is the undeniable favorite but this is the sort of game that prepares teams for championship runs. Kudos to Corbin for scheduling it, it will take battles like that to have a chance to win 4A this season.

My obsession haha do you not see the comments y’all make on these post thinking Corbin in some powerhouse but haven’t won a state title since the 70s so you should probably realize by now that your not going to win one ? Corbin is irrelevant to me only good thing they have going is the baseball program and imagine that the head coach is from Laurel county ?

Laurel Co had the best basketball prospect this area has ever and most likely will ever see for 5 years of high school basketball and managed to piss it away with two first round exits in the sweet sixteen…Corbin has the same amount of basketball state championships as South Laurel and 1 more than North Laurel….Football isn’t even worth discussing with you rubes most of you don’t know the difference between a golf tee and a set of shoulder pads.  The only thing relevant about football in Laurel Co is the number of times Pulaski Co has curb stomped them and the refusal to play Corbin along with excuses and incessant whining about recruiting, the last time I watched either N/L or S/L play I was torn between puking in the stands and pulling my eyeballs outta my head….

In the last 14 years of Corbin’s playoffs they have only beat 9 teams that’s won 5 or more games I’m not really understanding what’s so relevant about having a cake wake to the 3rd and losing to the first good team you play? I just really have a hard time understanding what the big deal is, that’s 42 play off games and you’ve only beat 9 teams with 5 plus wins that some rich tradition you got going on ?
