Owsley County athletic director Bobby Bowling passed away this morning as posted on the Owsley County Board of Education facebook page. Bobby was a great person and a former coach of mine at Powell County. Other than being a coach, Bobby was a tremendous role model and a great friend to many around the 14th. he will be missed.
