Considering the mountains of evidence already presented to the courts, the burden of proof seems like an increasingly small hurdle.

Lin Wood have been "laughed out of court." Multiple lawsuits involving at least three battleground states have reached the federal Circuit Courts of Appeal and there will be additional lawsuits filed with the Circuit Courts within the next few days. this is why when they are actually in Court, they have admitted
