I was referring to a "judge". as in a "court of law", unfortunately for you KSHAA is not recognized as such,... not that you would understand that. This case will ultimately end up in Franklin Circuit Court... and yes, fy info, academic ineligibity does have an BIG impact!!!

To me a retired judge that is ruling on a hearing is still active and a judge in my book. Either way, I would agree that academic ineligibility does has a big impact, but that issue has been resolved from what i understand. I think everyone knows that this has to do with all the complaints the khsaa has gotten from all the other coaches, AD's and im sure even a board member or two from the khsaa. All i would ask is to look at the facts of the case and give this barely 17yr old kid a fair shot. I dont think thats to much to ask. If they have reason to rulle him ineligible(which they dont have, just all speculation and hearsay) then dont let him play. Any other team in the state would have already had him on the floor by now. Perry and coach hatcher has done exactly what every other school in the state would have done if this kid showed up at their school.
