Oh, I agree with you 100%. The average American is not overwhelmingly happy with either party, as evidenced by the emergence of the Tea Party. Like I said, I'm prayerful that the GOP now realizes what gave the Democrats the upper hand in the last election and now will listen and adhere to what the vast majority of Americans want in regards to "less" government intruding on their lives.

Now the big question. It's one thing to come out rosey in the midterms , but what will the party have to offer, candidate wise in the 2012 election to go up against Obama. They cannot afford to make the same mistake of a McCain/Palin type ticket again, or these gains will all be for naught.
