Well back when I played at Johns Creek they was our biggest rival. I guess we wanted to be like them with the success they had and it all come down to the coach and in my opinion Phillip Haywood is the best. He takes hard nose old school football and shows it can still work. :ref1: So what do you all think :argue: :wenumber1

He is a football genius. This was supposed to be a "Down Year" for Belfry. But, Haywood and his staff have the Pirates rocking Pond Creek again and building up momentum for defense of their Title.

He is a classy coach, he respects his players and his players respect him.

Eastern Ky has had some great coaches through out the years.
Coach Haywood, Coach Brugh of Paintsville, Coach Hilton Bell County
Coach Matney SC/JC Coach Derossett of Pburg.
I would have to go with Haywood or Hilton

Haywood, b.c he has proven in the past two years they are definately the team to beat......But It would be Hilton before that thats my opinion

Have to go with Haywood even though he drives me nuts sometimes with his playcalling Hilton from Bell and Howard from Pikeville have to get thier props too...i guess mountain football has it share of quality coaches.:coach:
