Eagles defense came out and really took care of buisness. Running clock before halftime. Game coulda been much much worse.
Leslie's D-Line dominated led by Blake Asher with 3 sacks. Betsy Lane had negative yardage on the night.
Shaun Baker for Leslie also was 2/2 on FG. He hit from 30 and 41 yards.

Big W to open district play! That baker kid might be the difference maker when games are close with the ability to be an automatic FG from about 40yds and in! 5-0 eagles, keep this thing rolling! Hats of to the coaching staff at Leslie county getting a lot of the younger kids in tonight! 1 game at a time!

I like a team with the kicking game. This aspect of the game is overlooked by many. Just think of how many teams don't even have an extra-point threat,or at least not consistently. Ky. May be one of few states where a team can win a state title in their class without the kicking game.

Eagles have played extremely well this year. They are big, strong and skilled.
