Congrats to Joslyn Isaac from South Floyd, she received her second consecutive Class A First Team All State Award. She was joined on the first team by 3 other 15th Region players: Jessica Hall from Paintsville, Blair Pack from Pikeville, and Katie Kendrick from Allen Central. The 15th region was well represented on the second team and honorable mention list as well. Congrats to all.
