Calipari is not in the mid-major conf anymore. Getting 3 or 4 back 30 wins season, is harder to do in the power conf. Any team in your conf can beat you on any giving night. Good lucky Calipari at UK.

It seems we have always heard that the two coaches don't get along very well. But did anyone else notice what Calipari said in his press conference? He stated that he had talked to several ex-UK coaches, naming specifically Joe Hall, Tubby Smith, Eddie Sutton (!), and Rick Pitino.

I wondered if that was true, then maybe the media had blown the whole rivalry between the two way out of proportion.
