What does everyone think that Joe Gibbs should do? Stay with the Redskins or retire once again?

IMO, I think that he should quit football. Since he went back, not only have the Skins not done anything, but also, his Race Teams have gone downhill. This might not be caused due to him not being there, but things were going well when he was at the track every weekend.
