As I have said all summer, and it's not meant to be disrespectful to the Pioneers, but they lost way too much last year with the graduation of Simpson. SK got their high state ranking based on what they did over the previous two seasons.

Jalin Marshall connected with Donte Holdbrook on a 6-yard TD pass with 22 seconds remaining in the first half to make it 27-0
Marshall has rushed for 100 yards on 8 carries and has 2 TD passes. Not a bad half for the Middies.
