Boone County grad Ronald Cotton has committed to the University of Cincinnati, according to Boone baseball coach Wayne Huff.
The centerfielder and two-time Enquirer first team all-star was selected by the White Sox in the 45th round of this yearâs draft. As a senior Cotton hit 366 with 12 home runs, 41 RBI and 40 runs. He also led the area with 28 stolen bases and helped lead the Rebels to the state tournament.
