Obama's Economic advisor Robert Reich said he wants the new infrastructure projects being proposed as part of Obama's new stimulus package, go to people who are not high skilled construction workers or white men or professionals. Do we really need untrained or unskilled labors working on our bridges and roads. Charlie Rangel wants to bypass the states so that only the federal government decides where the monies go.
